We had our bed headboard and footboard customized and it came in just as we ordered. We were told to expect delivery in early September and well, here it is in early July! I just want to let you know that we received our custom dining room table and chairs on Friday, July 19th. We placed the order back in April with Debbie and could not be more pleased with the end result. We were a bit nervous because we weren’t sure the base of the table would meet our expectation. However, the table and the base more than met our expectation and we are thrilled with the results!! The gentleman (Chuck) who delivered our furniture was extremely nice and professional. Just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with my beautiful Amish glider chairs and how much I am enjoying them. I am especially pleased with the assistance of the helpful saleswoman who spent time and gave my lots of information so I could make an informed decision about color, style, size and number of chairs. She did not rush or push me into any purchase. (I actually went home and then came back two days later to place my order). Of course, by then I wanted the chairs immediately!

She, with the help of the store manager, did what they could to get my chairs shipped as soon as possible, but it seemed like it would take almost two weeks. The chairs were coming from Ohio and I had placed the order on a Friday after the last truck had already left the warehouse. I was delighted the next day when I received a phone call telling me that somehow...at the special request of the store manager...they had been shipped out. The chairs were delivered to my home 4 days later! Amish Direct, you have it all! Great chairs! Great customer Service! Thank You.

Have you ever gone window shopping and really wasn't looking to purchase anything? That is exactly what my husband and I did with our children, who were planning to make a move across the state. We ventured into a fabulous store that advertised "made in America" furniture. This stirred our inner patriot values. We were met by a very professional, cheerful, and friendly salesperson, Sarah, who guided us around without pressure, without being "pushy" and she was very knowledgeable in the companies’ product. We ended up finding a fabulous buy on a dining room set and worked out a wonderful deal with the store’s manager. Now, to the best part....We live 75 miles from the store, is there going to be a problem with delivery? Absolutely not! We had our furniture delivered within 48 hours of purchase (we did purchase a floor model). The delivery gentlemen were kind, respectable, and very professional! They took their time removing the old set and explained every detail of the new set. We have lived in Florida 8 years now, since moving from Michigan, and we have NEVER dealt with a company that gave us the feeling that they appreciated our business. We will definitely be telling all our friends about this store and we can't wait to do business with them again.

We stopped in at Amish Direct after looking in many of our local furniture stores for an electric fireplace and an entertainment center. We were delighted to find that your store not only had both, but they were one unit!

We ordered a unit from the Custom Shoppe that your store deals with. It took about 8 weeks to have it built and to be delivered. Oh, but it was worth the wait! We love our entertainment center and so does everyone that has seen it! The workmanship is beautiful and both my husband and I smile every time we watch TV or just simply enjoy music and the fireplace.

I just wanted to let you know again, how pleased we are with the Dimplex electric firebox we purchased last week. You picked out just the right size for the built-in corner cabinet in our bedroom, and we'll probably just need a simple piece of molding down the sides of the opening to finish it off. We actually got to use it several times before this warm spell, but it's just perfect to take the chill off the bedroom & I love the remote.

While accepting delivery of a new order, the customer commented that the Furniture Traditions Bedroom they purchased from us held up well through a flood they had where it was standing in 3-4" of water for at least 24 hours.

We came into your store on 9/13/08 to purchase a bedroom set. We were not sure what prices your store had to offer that would be in our price range. Seeing the showroom as beautiful as it is gave a false feeling that we couldn’t afford to shop there. Boy, were we wrong… Mrs. Debbie Jacobs took us right to a Beautiful bedroom set that was exactly in our budget, and explained all their policies to us very clearly. They gave us a wonderful deal on our set and we are so very pleased with it. The bedroom set is the most beautiful one we have ever had, very well made. It’s a Louie Philippe/Merlot set and the mattress is an eastern king. We really feel like a King and Queen in the bed and I do have to climb onto it, since I’m 5ft 3 inches, but it’s great! The gentlemen that delivered it were sooo very professional. They set up the whole set for me and even put my TV where I wanted it. We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Amish Home Furnishings. We will never shop anywhere else for furniture. I recently purchased an oak office set from Amish Home Furnishings for my home. This was my first purchase at Amish Home Furnishings and I'm sure it's not the last! I commend you for my great first experience at Amish Direct.

In the beginning of my search for office furniture, I was sure I wanted the set I purchased because I had seen it at a friend's home. Then I saw the set in your television ad and I knew I was going to Amish Home Furnishings to make my purchase.

My husband and I came in to purchase the office furniture, but my husband was not sure we should spend the money for the furniture. My heart was set on making the purchase of quality furniture from Amish Direct. We left to go home and talk about it on Thursday evening. My husband was sure I was not purchasing the office furniture I selected because of the cost. He then wanted to go look for office furniture and spend less money. We spent Friday, Saturday and Sunday looking for furniture in at least fifteen stores. By Sunday night my husband was convinced that I should go to Amish Home Furnishings and purchase the office furniture I selected on Thursday. The other furniture stores did not have the quality workmanship in their furniture that Amish Direct did. My husband is from a family of furniture makers in High Point, N.C. and he knew quality wood furniture when he saw it. So, he knew I had selected the best quality oak furniture at Amish Direct and that we would make the purchase.

Needless to say, I was there on Monday to make the purchase and I thank you for the pleasant experience. From the time I first entered your establishment, everything I needed to know and asked was answered professionally, friendly, and courteously by Sarah. Sarah was very familiar with the furniture and offered information that I didn't even think of which was very beneficial to the purchase and placement of my office furniture. I furnished my entire condo with furnishings from Amish Home Furnishings. I spent a lot of time researching what I wanted for my home. Amish Home Furnishings was able to get everything I needed and wanted. I love the superb quality of their wooden furniture and the comfort of their chairs and couches. All of the personnel go over and beyond anything you could want from a retailer. I had Amish Home Furnishings custom make a bookcase for me. The design included a full length mirror on one side with the opposite side holding four shelves. What made this item unique was the swivel base which enabled me to rotate it. Upon delivering to my home, I noticed that some of the metal on the base of the bookshelf was exposed when I angled it in a specific direction. Amish Direct came up with a solution to the problem by molding a special piece of wood to camouflage the metal. They also added another layer of finish to the shelves so that they could be used on either side for the life of the furniture piece. I have purchased other furniture from Amish Direct and will continue to patronize them because of their attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

When my mother and step-father's house burned down in April of 2004, they lost so much. They went into Amish Home Furnishings with their insurance money and purchased a whole house of furniture from the nice saleslady. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, including a bad architect, slow framers, and the fact that my sweet step-father passed away before the house was complete, the furniture sat in Amish Home Furnishings's warehouse for over two years. When the house was near completion, we noticed that some of the furniture would not fit. They never complained; they exchanged anything we needed and they waited until we could take our order. I will always be so grateful for the kindness of the people at Amish Home Furnishings.

Amish Home Furnishings has the best selection of wood furniture in the tri-county area. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will definitely find it through their many sources and order it. They will let you look as long as needed and answer any and all of your questions. Even when we encountered construction problems and couldn't take delivery of the furniture, they were very accommodating in holding the furniture until we could take delivery. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. All in all, we were very impressed with the whole company and definitely their quality products.

This store is a must. The non-aggressive, non-commissioned sales approach made frequent visits enjoyable. Every piece we received from Amish Direct for our family room and executive office was in perfect condition.
